They build home-made bombs using explosives obtained from firecrackers, placed with shrapnel inside pressure cookers, and placed their bombs in strategic locations at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Lots of people were killed and injured. One of these criminals died shortly thereafter, and the other was injured in a shoot-out but is in custody.
