the mujahideen of the Islamic emirate of Afghanistan (taliban) are getting there equipment from well, some say the ISI, but that's only the matter, the fact of the matter is opium sales benefit from some of the talibans funding, as well as left over weapons from the civil war as well as when the ISI DID fund the taliban in the 90's, so they are pretty well equiped, as well as spoils from ambushes and taxes from lands they have conquered, donations from afghans and Persians, and many many more ways, possibly back deals from contracts,

but it is very possible the last one, back deals from supplys and old contacts from the civil war, such as ISI and UAE, they did fund the taliban during the civil war, so yeah, anyway this is just somethings, there are alot of others.

in the war diarys, it says that they have heat seaking missles, so, possiblity of back deals funding, like Iran (which i highly doubt because i have seen them ambush quds forces in Afghanistan and the taliban kill hazaras (shias) and Iran is big on shia, but Pakistan may be a main asset, but the first paragraph that i wrote, tells the confirmed ways of well, how they get there booty (booty is what they call there equipment)
