you must be 18 years old to own a handgun in Oklahoma, 21 years old to purchase a handgun from a licensed dealer but only 18 to purchase from a non-licensed private sale... and i believe you have to be 18 years old to carry a concealed gun in Oklahoma as well... you must have a license for it though
