My son has conditional bail and is worried, he got arrested last Wednesday and charged with breach of non-molestation order but he is worried incase he goes to jail. he went to court straight after being charged from the police station but the court give him conditional bail and he has to go back tomorrow.
He is so worried incase he does end up going to jail, but he has witnesses that he never broke nothing and he has printout from his ex partner who has the non-molestation order against him. The printouts are an email saying she would like to be his friend on facebook and another printout of her adding his actually on facebook.
He has been to court in the past but wasnt for the same thing.
Does anyone know if he will be going to jail or what the outcome may be tomorrow when he goes back to court.
Thanks.
Conditional bail in the UK is when a suspect is released from custody with conditions attached, such as surrendering a passport or reporting to a police station. These conditions aim to ensure the suspect complies with the bail terms and does not interfere with witnesses or commit further offenses. Breaching these conditions can lead to arrest and potentially being remanded in custody until the court date.
The judge set bail at $10,000 for the accused criminal.
A synonym for bail is bond.
A bail permittee is an individual who has been granted a license to post bail on behalf of others, while a bail solicitor is someone who actively seeks clients in need of bail services on behalf of a bail bonds company. The permittee can actually post the bail, while the solicitor focuses on finding potential clients.
Bail is not guaranteed in cases where the court deems the individual to be a flight risk, a danger to society, or if there is a serious risk of obstruction of justice. Additionally, bail may not be offered in cases involving serious offenses such as murder or terrorism.
He had to bail his cousin out of jail by posting bail with a bale of money he withdrew from the bank.
No. under UK legislation there is no right to bail, there is however, a presumption in favor of bail.

Either: I just applied for a parole board to give me bail. or The farmer needed some help moving a hay bail. or This has gone terribly wrong so I am going to bail.
If you are a UK citizen, you would need a passport to enter the US. If ICE runs a background check on you they MAY deny you entrance depending on the crime you are charged with. Moreover, whoever stood your bail in the UK might be a little nervous about your leaving the country, don't you think?
