The FCC's jurisdiction covers the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. possessions. No. It is the job of the Executive Branch to enforce the laws (regardless of President Andrew Jackson's view on the matter). The job of the Judicial Branch is interpret the laws and determine the proper reading of applicable laws and constitutions.

in moderen days law enforcement influences the courts by making arrets . When an arrest is made they go through a booking process this is verry important to the courts because if its not conducted correctly there could be a leagal loophole in witch case the defense has an oppertunity to have the charges dropped .
