In a word: Anarchy
The mob continued to shout at the speaker until he left the podium.
Career criminals suffer from a mob mentality. I suddenly found myself far from the madding mob. The mob of chimps was suddenly gone.
For a certainty, mob justice is no justice at all. There was an incident where thieves robbed someone and ran. The person they robbed ran and took their belongings back from the robbers. The custom is to scream: " thief, thief", if you are being robbed. Unfortunately, the robbers reversed this rule. The robbers screamed thief and a crowd of people surrounded the innocent one and killed him immediately. In their minds they thought they were killing a thief. With that being said, it is better, for the most part, to leave these matters to the courts. Even then, we hope that any accused person is treated fairly. Too many innocent people have been incarcerated or executed/murdered in the name of justice.
The term "lynch" refers to the act of killing someone, often by hanging, without a legal trial or due process. It is typically carried out by a mob or group of people as a form of vigilante justice.
The momentum of a lynch mob can be stalled by intervention from law enforcement, community leaders, or influential individuals who can calm the situation and discourage further violence. Additionally, if cooler heads prevail and manage to redirect the mob's energy towards a peaceful resolution, it can also help to stop the momentum of the mob. Lastly, strategic communication and de-escalation tactics can be employed to diffuse the emotions driving the mob.
There are governmental agencies that do that.

The lynch mob does not attack R.W. and Melvin Simms because they believe that justice will be served through the legal system instead of resorting to vigilante justice. Additionally, the mob may feel that they have a stronger case against the other suspects involved in the incident.
Most of the people in the mob want to see justice served by identifying the real Wilks brothers and punishing those who have wronged them. They are motivated by a sense of fairness and a desire to uphold the law.
Mob psychology, or mob mentality as it is informally known, is the idea that we act differently in a crowd because we loose our sense our individual identities and we desire harmony within the group so we do not protest even when actions or sentiments are extreme.
The effects to the economy after the impeachment of Chief Justice Corona should be minimal to none. Chief justices usally do not play a major part in the structure of an economy and a new justice will be established anyway.
Mr. Heck Tate's mob wanted to take justice into their own hands and administer vigilante justice by lynching Tom Robinson, the man accused of assaulting Mayella Ewell in Harper Lee's novel "To Kill a Mockingbird." They felt enraged by the accusations and sought to punish Tom without a fair trial.
