At someone dies Do to my actions the prosecutor is going to charge me with murder. if I did it on purpose it's murder, if I did one accident its negligent, or reckless homicide. The state of Ohio or any other state in the union the law has a amount of time for punishment it is the judge's decision by listening to the story to determine if the person goes to jail for life or to be executed, or only do a few years.
