there are legal drugs in some stated close to marijuana like k2 and salvia that cost a minimum of @50/gram..the way things are going these taxed drugs are worst to your body than weed so its a possibility it will be legal one day.

It is illegal in most jurisdictions, but in many of them the laws are not enforced. In the USA, federal law makes it illegal but some states have voted to make it legal so any prosecutions for it would have to be conducted in Federal rather than State courts.

Marijuana is legal for recreational use in several states in the United States, including California, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon. It is also legal for medical use in many more states with varying regulations. Additionally, countries like Canada and Uruguay have legalized marijuana for recreational use nationwide.

Opinions vary, but my own opinion is that yes, marijuana should be legal. But since it isn't, I would advise you all not to smoke it, until such time as it does become legal, or unless you have a pressing medical reason to do so.

A matter of opinion, but I believe it should be. It's no more harmful that alcohol or tobacco. We're wasting billions of dollars and thousands of lives sending people to jail for something they ought to be able to do in the privacy of their homes.
