Different User: Yeah I was trying to look for entendar too, but searches kept coming up for entender. The exact phrase I heard was "estoy entendando." Before writing it up as a mistake (entender should be conjugated as "estoy entendiendo" which is why I was confused in the first place), I just typed in the phrase itself. I turns out that "estoy entendando" seems to mean "I'm trying to..." followed by an infinitive. I'm not sure if you're really looking for "entender" (which means to understand) and you just made a mistake.
