Arabs generally speaking are very different in looks depending on where they are from. For instance, arabs from the levantine, syria Lebanon jordan and palestine are fairer, medium in height, clear complextion, soft wavy hair, and smaller noses.

Arabs from the gulf countries like Saudia Arabia, Yemen, Oman, Kuwait etc, are shorter, darker, more hair, thicker hair on body and head, more prominent noses, big buttocks and perhaps less proportioned.

So arabs from the levantine have big eyes, not always brown, some blue, green, hazel whereas from the gulf they tend to be mostly brown. Generally speaking though all Arabs have big eyes. the folded part of the eye is not an arab feature this is more north african and can also be turkish.

God creates what he wills and how he wills verily all creations are made be God.
