Libros de Reclamaciones are Claim Forms. You would file them if the shop's employees or the restaurant's employees mistreated you in some way so that you could file a legal claim against them. Most shop-owners and restauranteurs would prefer to simply provide redress for the problem rather than go through the rigamarole of the Reclamacion process.
For example, imagine that you went to a dry cleaner's and he refuses to give you your shirts after you pay him. You can demand an Hoja de Reclamaciones (a singular claim form) in order to file a claim against the dry cleaner for failing to give you your clothes.
The verb would be to "localize"-- meaning to make something local. An example: Rather than advertising our restaurant all over the state, I think we need to localize our commercials to a specific city.

It is extremely unlikely that you will get hepatitis C from a restaurant. Hepatitis C is spread from blood to blood. A cook would need to spill his own blood on an item. You would need to eat that item and it would need to enter your body through an open sore in your mouth. If the virus gets as far as your stomach, it is dead. Hepatitis A spreads far easier in a restaurant. If you see a cook use a bathroom and he does not wash his hands, walk out of that restaurant.
It would depend on your specific tasks.
The more stars it is rated, the nicer a restaurant is. I see it is listed at 4.5 stars. I would assume it is a nice restaurant to take friends to. However, with it being a 4.5 star restaurant it would be a restaurant you need to plan with your friends ahead of time so they can bring proper attire for your evening out.
a job as a chef you would need the qualifications but you can just ask in restaurant's if they need a hand! GOOD LUCK!
Every single restaurant has ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and usually a walk-in cooler. Not to mention the tools for cooking, such as pots/pans, cutlery, timers, etc.
What restaurant? You need to be more specific.
The first thing that you need to do to get into the restaurant industry is to take the Safe Food Handling Certificate. Then be prepared for a lot of hard work.
