I recently ordered something off amazon. It was a separate seller on amazon. Anyway, I bought it on the 29th and its taken ages to get here. It was promised between 5th- 8th December. Suddenly on the 7th of December they have decided to refund me all my money (its an expensive item)

This package is not tracked and I cannot see where it is. It is Royal mail "signed for " and you cannot get info on the package until it is signed for at my destination (which is a University accommodation office)

The package has been marked as dispatched a long time and they haven't mentioned why I was refunded. Is there any chance that I will still get the item. Or can the company let royal mail know not to deliver it?

"Latest update: Information on your Royal Mail Signed For™ item is not yet available. Royal Mail Signed For™ items are only scanned when the item has been delivered" --This appears when trying to track

Surely if it is unavailable to know where it is, then the company cannot stop it being delivered?

Thanks!
