Absolutely NOT! The only thing you can use as a condom is a proper condom!

For reasons of shape, elasticity, and strength, you should not use a ziploc, sandwich, or plastic bag as a condom. Condoms are made specifically for sexual intercourse. They stretch as needed, and they have a reservoir to prevent semen blowouts during ejaculation. They also have smaller pores that regular plastic. Viruses such as HIV can potentially slip through the microscopic holes in a plastic bag. Many condoms contain chemicals such as Nonoxynol 9 that not only kill sperm to prevent pregnancy, but also kill many viruses.

Always use a real condom for any penetrative sex. Your GP/HMO or local sexual health clinic can advise. You can buy condoms in all pharmacies and most grocery stores. You can even get them at gas stations.

If you're too embarrassed to ask for condoms, you're not ready to have sex. Using improper protection is a huge chance to take. Giving up a day/night of pleasure could prevent bringing a life into the world that you are going to be responsible for, making hard choices that will effect everyone around you, or getting a disease that you can't get rid of. You have the rest of your life to have sex. Don't mess it up by taking unnecessary risks.
