I called the Stauer Company today and I asked the customer service representative where the watches were made and Shandel told me that they were made in Hong Kong. I was so disappointed to learn that these watches are either made or assembled outside of Europe. This leads one to believe that fine European craftsmanship has gone out the window. Or in this case to the People's Republic of China.
It also appears that no one has answered the question as to; "Where are Stuhrling Watches Made?" Does ANYONE know how I can purchase a nice European Made Time Piece?
Thanks, Arlene
Yes, Stauer wrist watches come with a date window. However, not all of them have this feature. Stauer watches have different watches for different people and some don't prefer the date windows.
Stauer watches are one of the finest watches on the market and can last decades if well-cared for. If you do not drop, soak, or otherwise abuse them and change the battery as needed, they could last you many years.
"The price range for Stauer Watches is $100-$200.Some used ones can be found slightly under $100 , also some models can be in the mid two hundreds."
Stuhrling watches are made by Stuhrling Original watch company which was founded by a fourth generation Swiss watch maker. Their corporate offices are located in Brooklyn, NY.
To determine if a Stauer watch is genuine, check for the brand's hallmark features such as the logo, quality of materials, and craftsmanship. Look for a serial number or model number on the case back, which can be verified through official Stauer resources. Additionally, examine the watch's movement; authentic Stauer watches typically use precise quartz or automatic movements. Lastly, purchase from authorized retailers to ensure authenticity.
Stauer watches are generally considered to offer good value for their price, combining stylish designs with affordable features. While they may not match the craftsmanship and materials of high-end luxury brands, many users find them reliable for everyday wear. Overall, they are a decent choice for those seeking an attractive watch without a significant financial investment.
No. Stauer pearls are fake pearls.
As i searched it on Nasdaq and NYSE, there is no stock symbol of stauer.
There are still watches made in Switzerland. Eiger watches and Jessica B. watches are made in Switzerland.
Aspen watches are made in Switzerland.
Stauer watches are often considered good value for the price, offering a range of stylish designs and features at an affordable cost. However, while they may appeal to those looking for budget-friendly options, the quality and durability can vary compared to higher-end brands. Customers generally appreciate their aesthetics and functionality, but serious watch enthusiasts might prefer more established luxury brands for craftsmanship and longevity. Overall, they can be a decent choice for casual wear, but expectations should be managed regarding premium features and longevity.
