I would reccommend using either a clicker, or good praise (and don't forget the treats!) for any tricks you want to teach them. An easy way to teach them is as follows: For example, if you were teaching your Boston how to sit, you would show them how, by pushing their butt down, then say "Sit". Wait a few seconds and then give them praise, click, or give them a treat. Do not push their butt down, instead simply hold treat above nose and move back, so they will sit to get closer to treat.

I have a female Boston Terrier and she is very sweet, but untrainable, maybe this will help.

If you're in the UK then your 'Pit Bull' has to be put too sleep killed as it contravenes the Dangerous Dogs Act and is a Banned Breed under this Act. If you're not in the UK, then train it like an other puppy!

Pit bulls are dogs. Train your pit bull as you would any other dog.

All Beagles love their food. so to train your beagle you can use some food but not macadamia nuts or chocolate.
