If you're asking how many impala we eat in a day, or how many berries we pick from trees, how many moepanie worms we eat in a day..... really not that many. We usually just go to a shop and buy whatever salad or meat they have there.... if you want to quantify it, the average person in Africa probably eats a bowl of oats or cereal for breakfast; a piece of chicken or fish with rice or pasta or potato and vegetables for lunch; salad and some kind of meat for dinner. And perhaps a chocolate afterwards.
African people in poor countries, (who don't have access to the internet and can't answer your question), perhaps they eat just enough potatoes or porridge to survive. They probably also don't have a tap close by, so they probably have to walk very far to the nearest tap, then wait in line, and then walk all the way back with the water. Or they just drink from the closest dirty source of water they can find.
It depends where they live in Africa.
It depends on the type of person, how much food its body need.

How much food a person can eat in a day varies depending on the person. Each person has a limit on how much they can eat without feeling overly full or sick. One person may be able to consume thousands of calories a day while the next person is only able to consume half as much.

The diet varies from person to person. On average, 2000 calories of food should be taken daily. Similarly, at least 8 glass of water is a must.
