It's not "Boss Taurus" it's Bos taurus, or more properly Bos primigenius taurus. This is a subspecies of cattle that primarily originate from European countries that are acclimatized to cool climates. This subspecies comprises of many breeds such as Holsteins, Angus, Hereford, Belgian Blue, Chianina, Murray Grey, Jerseys, Guernseys, Brown Swiss, Charolais, Simmental and a host of others.
B. p. taurus shares the collective species term Bos primigenius with another (and only) subspecies called B. p. indicus. This subspecies covers those cattle that originate from the tropical areas of the word like Asia and Africa, and are differentiated from B. p. taurus cattle by their prominent humps, large ears and loose skin that is highly characteristic of this subspecies. The American Brahman is an example of a breed of this subspecies.
It is Bos primigenius taurus.
Bos (primigenius) taurus is the scientific name for Jersey cattle.
Bos taurus cattle are best suited in temperate to cool climates, typical of such countries as Europe and North America. However, Bos taurus cattle are also found in tropical, arid and sub-arid countries/continents, such as Africa, Australia, and South America.

Tropical cattle can be cattle from the species Bos Taurus or Bos indicus. Most cattle that live in tropical areas, however, are of the species Bos indicus.
The scientific name of humped cattle is Bos taurus indicus.
Bos primigenius subspecies indicus and taurus. The type of cattle is beef cattle.
Highland cattle would be Bos taurus - they have thick coats of hair, small ears, a compact body and a small dewlap. Bos indicus cattle have the opposite - thin fine coats of hair, large ears, a rangy body and a large dewlap. These adaptations are to help cool the Bos indicus cattle in subtropical climates.
Bos taurus, also known as European cattle, are distinguished from other cattle breeds by their large size, muscular build, and docile temperament. They typically have a straight back, short horns, and a variety of coat colors. Bos taurus are known for their high milk production and are commonly used for beef production.
Bos Taurus, which is the scientific name for domestic cattle, typically has 60 chromosomes, with 30 pairs in total. This chromosome number is typical for most breeds of cattle, but there can be some variations among different breeds.
