Where is the oil plug on a John Deere 14PZ lawn mower?

If you are talking engine oil drain plug, it may be located in two locations. On the L/H or R/H side at the bottom of the engine there will be (or should be) a small pipe with a drain plug attached to it, usually this is located by the engine oil filter. I can't remember off hand where the trans oil drain plug is, but I know if you contact your local ( or closest ) JD dealer, they will be more than happy to tell you where the drain plug is for the trans oil, with no cost to you. find the 5" or 6" square plate in the middle underside near back. the plate has a bolt on each corner and one bolt in the center. facing towards the front of the tractor. on the right side, is a 1-1/2" or so, huge bolt head in a verticle position. take that bolt off, but not before you have three five gallon empty buckets to catch the 9-1/2 or less gallons that will come out very quickly.

On the left side of the cutter bar (looking from back to front) there is a small plate with 3 allan head bolts, jack up the far side of cutter bar and let it drain from that plate for several hours.

It's a square-head bolt located underneath the engine. That is to say it's accessed be flipping the mower on it's side, looking for the square head of the bolt adjacent to the blade shaft coming out of the engine, removing it, and then flipping the mower back over onto a pan to catch the oil that will be coming out.
