The first treatment would be to throw away the food you have been feeding him and the treats and start fresh with a 4-5 star dog kibble and 5 star canned food if you use both. Make sure it says (grain free) on the bag and the treats need to be grain free too as your Boston has allergies, most do. Once you do this it is a good idea to bathe them once a week to remove anything on the skin with some Tar and Sulfur shampoo which you can buy at Petco or the vet. Until the hotspot goes away apply hydrocortizone and tea tree oil mixed half and half with almond oil or olive oil. To stop the licking use the tea tree oil mixture because they hate the smell of it. Once they clear up don't ever give them cheap food again or anything containing wheat. Even Milkbone dog biscuits have wheat in them so it is hard. dogfoodreviews.com

Your question made me laugh. I see you have some troubles with dogs. Well, German Shepherds are very loyal dogs. They are friendly and are good with people. I suggest not invading his territory (lawn or house) for a while, and once in a while bring him some meat like lamb, pork, or steak. He will slowly build your trust if you place a bone or chunk of meat or even a dog treat like a milkbone on his lawn. He will love you! Give it a month or two of this and you two will be best friends. Sometimes dogs need to get to know people. Good luck!
