When you talk about output control in a company, the managers only look at the result a single person has delivered to them. In that case it doesn't really matter how many days they've taken off or how many times they've left early, it's the result that matters.

When you look at behavior control, the managers in a company look at the behavior of a person within the company. How much effort they are putting into the project, how many times they work late to finish something, how they behave around their coworkers and motivate them. This also focuses on the individual effort, if the project fails the company knows that the employees have tried their best.

-What is performance measurement and control system -What is the purpose of measuring business process -What is foundation of control -What is the criteria of effective control?

Q: What is performance measurement and control system ?A: Performance measurement is comparing two or more systems with one or more common independent parameter.(i.e: Time, fuel cost, processing time, microprocessor cost). Control System is the mechanism defined by the nature of the process or artificially(human factor) applied action that results with an output according to the input.Q:What is the purpose of measuring business process ?A: To get quantitive results to support qualitive decision making process.Q: What is the criteria of effective control?A: Effective control criteria is defined by how much the output is differentiating from the the predefined(assumption) "desired output" of the system.

Why might span of control differ from one firm to another?

this i a way of controlling members of a firm from the manager

What is the Advantage and disadvantage of feedforward control?

One major advantage of feedforward controls is that it prevents large disturbances in your output. A disadvantage is that it may not account for all potential disturbances in the input, leading to large disturbances in the output.

What are the human skills that a good manager needs?

The ability to understand, alter, lead, and control the behavior of others.

Are the differences in bureaucratic control and clan control related to organisational culture?

The differences in bureaucratic control and clan control are partly based on organizational culture. For example, in order for clan control to work, the organization must have a good amount of trust in its employees. Bureaucratic control is based more on setting rules and relying on certain mechanisms to control behavior.

What is an imput and output in control technology?

in control technology an input would be a temperature or something of that nature derived from the process and an output would be a signal to control a control valve or actuator that effects the input signal.

How servo work?

A servo is basically a regular DC motor, with the output shaft feeding into a potentiometer, which is in turn connected to some control circuitry. The control circuitry compares the output of the pot with a control signal, and makes the motor move so that the output of the pot will match the control signal.

What is unregulated system?

What are the concept of feedback as its relates to cybernetic and the control system?

Feedback in cybernetics refers to the process of a system receiving and responding to information about its output in order to maintain or regulate its behavior. In control systems, feedback is used to monitor and adjust the system's performance by comparing the actual output with the desired reference input. This allows for self-regulation and correction to achieve the desired outcome.
