I would like to start with a common say: what ever can not be measured ,sure can not be controlled. the information system in the organization is just a collection of different functions , may be some of this functions are computerized and other still in manual, in the near past ,and in such operational environment the control always done in a way or another without any standards , of course to control such organization was - to some extent - difficult. now and starting from 2005 , with Enterprise Architecture , the table shown below shows the problem and how to solve it
