In Australia, to "cut your neighbor's/mate's grass" is to sleep with their girlfriend/wife. It is well established slang. It is almost exclusively used to refer to the actions of the male participant in the indiscretion. Victa lawnmowers are a popular brand in Australia and the term "Victor"as in the person's name can be used as shorthand to refer to a person who is "cutting his mate's grass". They have capitalised on this element of Australian slang in a recent advertising campaign:
