Reminds me of the good old days when face to face interactions were more common between customers and sellers. These days, it's most cold calls and cold emails through different programs that are online. Coming back to the point, nothing beats human interaction. I mean if you're a seller, you could read the other person's facial expressions and body language and have better convincing skills as opposed to a phone call. Speaking of cold calls, they mostly work now through a thorough research that you are supposed to do before placing the call. Programs that can help you to do prospect research are, but not limited to HubSpot calling, Trellus, Balto, Nooks etc. I mean, the interet is littered with all kinds of solutions, take your pick and move on from there.
