ge are selling defected products, model # glwp2000moww, and all top load washers with aggtaters. on rinse cycle this unit only puts 3 inches of water in basket, this is an top loader, not e-star rated. my bbb complaint # is 8869086, but ge ask for 340.00 to trade out my units, i said no to give them more money, they did not want me to go back to lowes were i got this ge junk at. all units with aggtraters are tearing up clothes, roting clothes because of bad rinse, soap still in whites and colors clothes, after spin outs. ge know this these unit are made in Mexico(china)? not ky, lg is made in South Korea, dryers - who knows were there made, ge is not and good company at all, no-more, and there products are possiblily being made in china? if u have an top loader by ge, check clothes jeans on inside of pockets towards seam for rips, and front below zippers at seams for wear or rips, check whites for rips or tears, because of no water in basket, causes the aggt. to tear up clothes. i have told ge, and lowes of ge products being defected. but there still selling them and if u have one, u have the same junk i have. ge should have to recall this products,all top load washers with aggtaters, and buy all these washer back. not e-star rated, so how can u tear up people clothes like this. they paid me 300.00 for clothes and ask for all back. but i said no. i want and new washer, without aggtater.and an matching dryer. watch out for ge. in ky. they will try to mismatch ur unit, if so just call bbb, at 800 -388-2222. or 502-583-6546. fax 502-589-9940. ge are jerks. and selling out of country products. not made in usa.
