Well, I don't want to unnecessarily induce scepticism in anyone so let me concentrate on the essentials of any answer, namely that the New Testament is about 99% common to all denominations, and what varies in the Old Testament is honestly NOT what is important, it's the variation in Faiths/Creeds (which interpret those OT writings) that is important. Catholics have the same Bible they've always had. Catholics give pre-eminence in Faith and Morals to the translation of St Jerome, the Vulgate.
Apart from the Catholic/Non Catholic Bible traditions, there are many more than four Bibles - but they are largely the same as indicated above. The differences arise from differing attempts to render the Greek and Hebrew (and a little aramaic) most accurately in English. If you include the many other languages into which the Bible is translated there would be many more again, since some languages do not have corresponding words for a few of those which the Biblical languages use.
I believe in one of the four gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) we are referred to as sheep and He [God] is our shepherd.See also: What are some examples of metaphors in the Bible?Read more: What_are_some_examples_of_metaphors_in_the_Bible
