Yeah in the World of Warcraft DPS is damage per second, its pretty much the classes that can do damage use spells and such. there's tank-def, heal-healer and DPS-damage
Yeah , there's gnomes in world of warcraft.
There is no one person who made World of Warcraft. The team at Blizzard created the World of Warcraft.
World of Warcraft is a multiplayer online game that is known as a MMORPG or role playing game. It is very popular and was released on on September 2, 2001 by Blizzard Entertainment.
For a 10-man Firelands raid in World of Warcraft, a typical group composition often includes 2 tanks, 3 healers, and 5 DPS. This setup provides a balance of survivability and damage output, allowing the raid to handle mechanics effectively while maintaining a steady pace through encounters. Ideally, the group should include a mix of melee and ranged DPS, along with classes that can provide utility, such as crowd control or damage mitigation. It's also beneficial to have at least one heroism/bloodlust effect available for key phases in fights.
'Loptar' is not a word in the Warcraft franchise. A similar one I believe you are trying to ask about is pronounced 'Lok'tar', which is Orcish for 'Victory'. The entire phrase is considered to be 'Lok'tar ogar' meaning 'Victory or Death'. Though, in the MMORPG World of Warcraft, if you click on Thrall, he can be found saying "Lok'tar friend, what is it you wish?"
Holy priests
It depends on what you want the Paladin to be...tank or dps. Tanking go protection and dps go retribution.
It stands for Damage per second. Higher is better. DPS can also be refered to as the act of applying damage to a target, or to refer to a class that has the primary role of damage (mage, hunter, warlock, etc.)
Don't worry about your strength, worry about your DPS if you are specced for it, and survivability if you are specced for tanking. Screw that whole thing. Play runescape
I assume by "stats" you mean everyone's damage, DPS, healing, over healing and what not. It is done with an add on called Recount. You can get Recount from the Curse addon site (linked below).
In the online game, World of Warcraft or WoW, there is one class that can use a spell called hex. That class is a shaman, characterized by their versatility, healer/dps status, and mail armor.
The current warrior tier, tier 11, is called Earthen Warplate (for DPS) or Earthen Battleplate (for Tanks). See the related link.
Yes. Neither is better .. they're just different in playing style. The hunter doe one thing really well: pump out DPS. A druid can play any of 3 roles: Tank, Healer, and DPS. If you are inexperienced in WoW, go with a hunter first to learn the mechanics of the game. then the druid.
Hardest is not easily defined. It depends on skill lvl, character lvl, skill playing the character lvl, an class. Every BG has stong classes and weak classes. IMO AV is a great for DPS casters ie mages and druids and rogues can pretty much do well in all BGs. If you are doing AV and are a caster/dps make sure you ALWAYS stay close to the pallys and warriors (dps or tank)
There is no such thing as World of Warcraft: The Frozen Throne. It is called Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne. World of Warcraft is much different.
World of Warcraft is set in Azeroth...
yes, you can swim in world of warcraft
