It stands for Damage per second. Higher is better.
DPS can also be refered to as the act of applying damage to a target, or to refer to a class that has the primary role of damage (mage, hunter, warlock, etc.)
Yeah in the world of warcraft DPS is damage per second, its pretty much the classes that can do damage use spells and such. there's tank-def, heal-healer and DPS-damage
Holy priests
It depends on what you want the Paladin to be...tank or dps. Tanking go protection and dps go retribution.
well it really depends what you are trying to find DPS for .... :b
Damage Per Second
Don't worry about your strength, worry about your DPS if you are specced for it, and survivability if you are specced for tanking. Screw that whole thing. Play runescape
I assume by "stats" you mean everyone's damage, DPS, healing, over healing and what not. It is done with an add on called Recount. You can get Recount from the Curse addon site (linked below).
In the online game, World of Warcraft or WoW, there is one class that can use a spell called hex. That class is a shaman, characterized by their versatility, healer/dps status, and mail armor.
The current warrior tier, tier 11, is called Earthen Warplate (for DPS) or Earthen Battleplate (for Tanks). See the related link.
DPS = Digital Processing System Not sure about EEO but it may have something to do with the sound equalizer.
There is no such thing as World of Warcraft: The Frozen Throne. It is called Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne. World of Warcraft is much different.
Yes. Neither is better .. they're just different in playing style. The hunter doe one thing really well: pump out DPS. A druid can play any of 3 roles: Tank, Healer, and DPS. If you are inexperienced in WoW, go with a hunter first to learn the mechanics of the game. then the druid.
