I am not a medical person but I do a lot of research. I had pitted Keratolysis on my feet in the service and it is very similar (pitts) on hands as were on the feet. See a dermatologist. It is a fungus.

It may be a condition called Pitted keratolysis, it is a skin disorder characterized by crateriform pitting that primarily affects the pressure-bearing aspects of the plantar surface of the feet, type it on goole images and obviously if your feet are the same then it is pitted keratolysis, hope this helps
