This is a very general question so I will have to give a general answer. Fit balls are a great tool that can be used to supplement your exercise program. They are especially a great way to incorporate core stability training, which can help reduce future occurrences of Back pain. That being said, if done improperly (doing more risky exercises than your current stability or balance will allow) can result in injury and more back pain. Talk to your doctor of chiropractic and/or your physiotherapist about what exercises are safe and how to do them properly.
