The Jews were sent to concentration camps where most of them were killed by the Nazis. the most important name you should know and remember Adolf Hitler a Germany leader after Germany lost the war. The people turned to him for help but they made the wrong choice. He is against all Jews and non- Nazis because he believes they are to blame. so he decides to create a thing called Nazism-- kicks out Jews and non- Nazis out of Germany government. another name you should probably remember is Anne Frank-- 13 yr old girl that was a victim of the Holocaust and is a primary source today because she wrote all the events that happened during the holocaust in her diary till she died in a concentration camp. her father was the only Survivor, he found her diary, read it, published it and today now known as 2nd best published book next to The Bible.
because it did not affect them.
They were emaciated.
it didn't, it was under a different command structure
About 11-17 million people died in the Holocaust (depending on the definition of Holocaust used). Unfortunately, there are competing definitions. It was actually the mass murder of six million Jews. There is no agreed definition of Holocaust survivor. Please see the related questions below.
Many people say the Holocaust isn't real because you cant gas 6 million people but the truth is only about 2 million-3 million were the rest were shot by the einzatsgruppen in large bit sometime 30 thousand at a time, around two million died from this and the rest from starvation or disease.
They died.
because it did not affect them.
Hitler didn't just affect the Holocaust, he was the Holocaust.
Nazi persecution drove many extremely talented people to the US.
it affected them by the nazi starting the holocaust
some of the stuff they did to people in 1930's still happens today.
Over 6 million Jews and other peoples were killed and I think that would negatively affect anyone. This does not even include all the friends and family of the people killed that were negatively affected by the holocaust.
Germany
The Holocaust did not and could not attack people.
No, not really.
There is remembrance of the Holocaust but there is no 'Holocaust movement'. That expression makes it sound like a political campaign.
No one fought in the holocaust. People died in the holocaust. People killed people in the holocaust. There was no fighting by men or women....but jsut because there was no fighting, don't think it was peaceful.
