But i can say Scout Snipers are very good. Navy SEALs have also been highly recognized for there sniping abilities. But in my opinion, it is no doubt Delta Force. They are America's #1 Special Operations/Tier 1 unit. You wont hear about there shooting skills though because they are such a classified unit.
