Really? wow, sad. It ended in Europe when Russia dominated Germany and captured Berlin. In the Pacific it ended when Japan surrendered after having virtually all of their Pacific holdings taken from them and finally getting A-bombed, twice.

Well, World War 2 all started because after World War 1 Germany was told that they were not allowed another army and they weren't allowed to fight again. The Germans were also annoyed because of the piece of land that they didn't have so they invaded Poland and it all went from there.
