Originally the land was claimed for the King and country. Then it was opened up for investors who offered land to people who would settle it. By the time of the Revolution, many citizens owned land. If this was not true, I doubt many people would have fought for independance.
NO, they actually wanted colonial expatiation before WW1 even started!
It actually started in the Soviet Union
The battle is named after Bunker Hill in Charlestown, Massachusetts, which was peripherally involved in the battle. It was the original objective of both the colonial and British troops, though the majority of combat took place on the adjacent hill which later became known as Breed's Hill.

The war of 1812 in North America was fought between the United States and the British Empire. Actually Great Britain's forces played only a minor roll in the conflict as most of their military effort at that time was in Europe fighting against Napoleon. The British forces arrayed against the United States were mostly local colonial forces in Canada and the Caribbean supported by small British army and navy garrison units.

There was no Supreme Court in Colonial America; the court system consisted of several judicial levels, such as justice of the peace, county courts, and supreme or superior courts, but they weren't part of an integrated system, like the federal judiciary is today. There was also no Constitution at that time, and no formal procedures or guidelines to follow, so the courts primarily adopted British common law and applied penalties inconsistently, at the judge's whim.In American Colonial times, judges and justices of the peace were usually appointed by the Governors of the individual Colonies, without the interference of other legislative bodies. The Supreme Court of the United States was mandated by the Constitution, adopted in 1787, following the Revolutionary War that ended Colonialism in America. Congress established the Supreme Court and a limited federal judicial system in the Judiciary Act of 1789. The Court first convened on February 2, 1790.George Washington nominated the first six (actually seven, but one declined) justices in September of 1789; the Senate approved their appointment a few days later. This process of selecting judges and justices was prescribed by the Constitution, and was unique to the United States.
They were actually pretty cool... I met them when I took my time machine to the American Revolution..... Do you know what that is? The colonial people were rebels too..... Do you know what a rebel is?

Today, most Egyptians are protected by the Egyptian government and police force. If you are referring to Ancient Egypt, the country was generally protected from invasion by vast swathes of desert, but individuals in Egyptian society had haphazard protection from local governors and enforcers. (Prior to the 19th century, most police were ineffectual in actually preventing internecine violence.)
Individuals who think they are overweight but are actually starving may suffer from a condition known as anorexia nervosa. This eating disorder involves a distorted body image, leading individuals to perceive themselves as overweight despite being significantly underweight. It is characterized by extreme restriction of food intake, an intense fear of gaining weight, and a preoccupation with body shape and size. Treatment typically requires a combination of medical, psychological, and nutritional support.
