If it's an actually an adhesive label then heat it with a hairdryer as you pull it. If just reside then use Goof Off.

hey you'd have to remove the door panel, you would need specail tools to pry the interior trim...can't give you the specifics...but once you remove the door panel you'll find a plastic sheet that sometimes looses adhesive and lets
