Here it is straight from the service manual.
Loosen the axle holder pinch bolts and adjust the chain slack by turning the axle bearing holder with a hex wrench.
Turn counter clockwise to decrease the slack.
Here it is in plain english:
Loosen the two bolts on the very rear of the swingarm (on the bearing carrier)
See the round thing with slots in it next to the rear sprocket? Use a hex wrench or a spanner wrench to rotate it counter clockwise. You will see the chain start to tighten up.

Lossen the two Allen screws on the back of the swing arm after that to the left there is a slot for the long end of the Allen wrench to go in push down to tighten or push up to loosen

It has a self tensioner, Most often you have to replace the chain it self if it is skipping time or is getting very loose.
To tighten the chain on a Honda 3 wheeler, first loosen the rear axle bolts then turn the adjuster nuts clockwise to tighten. Finish by tightening the rear axle bolts.

Read your owners manual. :) Just kidding. You loosen the rear end clamps, tighten the adjuster screws while you have somebody of equal weight sit on the bike. Tighten until there is approximately 1/2 inch of up and down slack in the chain. Lastly , tighten the rear end bolts. Good luck. :)
