you have to take the upper tripple off and drill out the two bolts holding it,then just install new bolts when you replace the ignition switch..
My Suzuki did the same thing all the time. We never found out exactly what the cause was, I would just change out a relay switch and it would stop for a while. My car hasn't done this in a couple of year it just randomly stopped.
Insert the ignition key in the lock located on the left side of the bike, just below the passenger portion of the seat. Turn the key while lifting up on the rear of the seat. After the rear of the seat comes up, pull the seat towards the rear of the bike and it is off. zeton500
Maybe something with the safety switch on the clutch, or the wiring going to the starter. May be ignition switch also.
