Look down from above the front rack ,there should be a slot in the plastic that lets you see a crossmember of the frame . Its stamped into the frame here because its very hard to alter, but also hard to find.

Check the kill switch on the left handle bar.. just to the left of the starter button.
You simply push the red R button down on the left brake handle pull brake in and hit the down shift button and your in reverse... hope this helps ...C.M.
