check all belts and chains. if they're intact than you should probaly check out the clucth. it should be right on the main shaft sticking out of the motor.
Step on the clutch, mover the gear lever out of Park to 1st gear.
it is a fancy way of saying that it is an automatic transmission for the Lawnmower
the main thing is that your belt that goes from the deck to the pulley beneath the pulley on the engine that makes the mower move there is a pulley below that and the belt is to tight. that is the only thing i can think of. hope this helps
Pulleys are held on to shafts by either a bolt in the bottom or a set screw in the side, loosen them and use a gear puller.
A push-type lawn mower does not normally have a chain. Dunno that you might want to use that type of engine to make a motorbike as the engine has a vertical shaft. You would need something to convert the vertical force to horizontal force to drive the gear on the motorbike.
10w-50
Horitonal or Vertical Output? Horsepower? Keyed with 1/2 moon or full slot shaft? Gear or v-drive system? to comparable ability to transfer power to wheel drive system.verticle.6.5. full slot shaft and gear its a push lawn mower
This unfortunatly indicates a transmission problem.
To get your Cub Cadet out of gear, first ensure the mower is on a flat surface and the engine is off. Press the brake pedal fully to engage the brake and shift the gear lever to the neutral position. If necessary, you may need to pull the release lever or button, depending on the model, to disengage the transmission. Finally, make sure the parking brake is set before restarting the engine.
if this is a gear transmission, it should roll in neutral unless the transmission is damaged or the brake is frozen, hydrostatic transmissions have a release mechanism for moving them when engine is off.
Yes, you can use 80W-90 oil in a lawn mower, but only if it's specified for use in the mower's gear or transmission system. Typically, lawn mowers require lighter oils, such as SAE 30 or 10W-30, for the engine. Always check the owner's manual for your specific mower to ensure you're using the correct type of oil for optimal performance and to avoid potential damage.
improper engagement of bendix gear to ring gear was my problem
