I don't know exactly the model or part number of the fuel pump but you can find all the OEM parts of the bike here:

check your VIN sticker first because there were two types of F3 models made: A and AC.
The Fuel pump is in the "Fuel Tank" section.

try running with fuel cap open. If it keeps running, breather in fuel cap blocked, strip fuel cap and clean.

No. The fuel pump is what pushes the fuel into the cylinders. If you have no fuel coming into the engine, it won't run no matter what you do.
