To remove the lens assembly from the truck body, here you go.Open your tailgate, and look at the joining wall of the inner body. There will be two black star head bolts. use an Allen wrench or star wrench to remove the screws. The assembly will be loose, but may not be able to be pulled away. To release the outer side of the assembly, insert a flat blade screwdriver or putty knife at the corners, and pull outward. The outer part is held by two nubs inside of rubber grommets. The assembly will pull away, and will provide you access to the bulbs to change, or to replace your assembly.

What causes a 1994 Toyota corolla tail lights to work but not any of the brake lights?

usually it is a fault with the brake light switch located on the brake pedal arm. there is a plastic button that sometimes disintegrates and no longer allows contact with the switch. Check that first. You can find a replacement by using a body fastener.
