it depends on your country's laws, internet service provider, and whether or not the show is protected by international copyright laws. the files stored on rapidshare servers are usually overseas...and trust me the rapidshare company's main agenda was to store bootleg products...it's pretty obvious from their end. people just have a false sense of protection because their pay a suscription.
