Are mystery zone Pokemon legit like darkai shaymin and if you give the Gracidea flower will it change to its Sky Forme?

Mystery Zone glitching allows you to get a legit pokemon using illegitimate means.
You'd be using it to get to Flower Paradise, etc, without Oak's letter.
The Shaymin itself will be the game's normal legitimate version that you would have obtained if you'd had Oak's letter, it will function correctly in every way.
