healing the hyper active brain by Michael R Lyon M.Dis a great book to read it not only explores adhd and add but it tells you how it not only affects the brain but how it can be controlled through not only medicine but diet, it also shows links between alheimer and other disorder such as aging ect.it helped me understand medical terms and what was happening to my son, who has adhd.
