Sent an e-mail to Dell Canada 27-Apr-08 inquiring when the XPS One would be available here and if not could I purchase it in the US and have it shipped, here's their response: Hello , Thank You for choosing Dell Computers . This is to inform you that XPS One would still take some time to be launched in Canada . If you order it from Dell.com it can't be shipped to Canada and vice versa . Thanks Canada Sales.

Just a guess - you shipped something to Canada? You didn't say where it was going. If you ship something to Canada you have to allow time for the package to clear Customs. Initially, your package goes Priority to Canada. But, after it clears Customs it goes by motor vehicle to the area it was addressed to. If you didn't ship to Canada, please ask again & tell us where your package was going.
