Eventually your card will be empty. If you have already tried this there is a good chance your console is broken.

The PSP Go is practically just the exact same as the original PSP but the only difference is instead of going to the store and purchasing the UMD games you can purchase the games via the PlayStation Store. Also, the PSP Go is capable of having the capability of holding more memory in the handheld unit then the original PSP's. (You could only get so high of a gb memory stick before its hard for the handheld to actual read the info.) So if you don't already have a PSP or have one and are sick of carrying all of the stupid UMD's around then shoot for the PSP GO. Other than that there's not much difference between the two handhelds.

In the main menu go to Settings-> Phone -> Reset Settings -> Master Clear -> Phone. You will get a warning that asks that settings reset to default value and data will be deleted. Continue? Yes. The phone will clear and the recent recipient list will be gone. You will have to restore your contacts from the memory card.
