NO.
Stores can NOT arrest anyone for "suspicion" of shoplifting at ANYTIME.
Stores have a legal right to question you, for a few minutes, but they shouldn't take you anywhere or hold you up for any length of time.
For example, Wal-mart door greeter asking to check your receipt, is OK.
If your an employee of the store, they could question you in an office, at anytime for even long amounts of time, if they suspect you. But you would be ON the Clock getting paid.
no he has not its just fake they done it for publisaty Sorry you are wrong he has been arrested
It depends how old you are, if your like 12-15 they might just take you and have you call your mum
well that would be public defecation and you could get a ticket or arrested for it.
I was wondering the same thing and just researched it. According to my research, you can wear velvet anytime. You can dress it up or down, and it is a fabric for all seasons.
antisocial
Arrested if it's over £300 worth, warned and barred if it's under If you're under 16 they will just bar you from the store
all it is is "theft" and after they document theft they specify amount ..... my sister just got arrested for shoplifting and the papers only said "theft between $50-$500" mentioned nothing about shoplifiting

We don't call them 'Miranda Rights' in the UK, there's just a standard statement that a police officer will give to a suspect when they are arrested. I can't remember it word for word, but it is very similar to: "I am arresting you on suspicion of...."(whatever the suspicion may be). "You don't have to say anything, but anything that you DO say may be taken down and used in evidence against you in a court of law".

It is not something you can tell from a person's looks. There needs to be proof that they have broken the law or a reasonable suspicion and probable cause to lead law enforcement to make charges for an arrest. How a person looks is just that: how they look.
"Conspiracy" implies that more than one individual was involved (e.g.: a shoplifting gang?) all members of the gang can be prosecuted for the actual offense just as if they were the one who actually committed the crime.
Anytime, being translated that way by every known version of the Bible, means just that. ANYTIME. The context gives the meaning
