Actually, by combining the cell of an aggressive animal and the DNA of a calm one and calculating the correct terms to make a living organism, you could then put a heart, brain and all other organs in the Pokemon's skin. Then you could get a living Pokemon!

EDIT: It may be possible to do this. The first step is to find out what ARE the correct terms to make a living organism. Basically, we need to find out how to create life. Then, we would carefully plan which organs a Pokemon would need, and where to put them. Next we would have to find out how to make them intelligent, independent and able to evolve, reproduce and use moves at our command. FINALLY, we would be able to put everything we learnt together to create a living life form.
For example, we would make the body and organs and all that lot and then use cardiac respiration (basically running an electric current through the heart to make it jump into life) to activate the heart and make the creature live.
