You can, kinda.
You need one seperate memory card per PSN. The usual reason to do it is for foreign PSN accounts, so someone in the EU region could have a US region account too.
To access the EU region you'd need to be using your EU card, to access the US one you'd need the US card, and you can't play an EU game while you're using the US card as that won't contain the UE game's data.

∙ 11y agoYes. First you must use the same PS3 user account on your new PS3. Then when you go to sign up for the Playstation Network there is even a sign up for existing accounts. I just did it and my only problem was that both existing account for Playstation Network can not be signed on at the same time. I had no problem downloading all of my purchases into the new PS3 except that it took a couple of days to download and install everything. Even Playstation Home purchases were still available.

Your own connections are more often less than technically the best. Few people have business speed connections and most have cable subject to no minimum connection speed during high traffic times. Servers are taught to be efficient and that means responding first to the the highest and best internet connections because it takes them less time to complete the data exchange.

The best way is by trading the games you already own. This is called game sharing. No it is called software fraud and can get you banned from the Playstation network. PSN can be seen from a laptop or a PC and you can sign in to your PS3 or Playstation Network Account.
