No, if my memory serves me right the captain didn't have children visit the show.
No. He did appear on Sesame Street but as an adult.
Captain Kangaroo was NOT a cartoon character but a live one, played by Bob Keeshan. The dog you are thinking of was a sort of side-kick on the Cartoon- Tom Terrific which was aired ( one believes primarily) on Captain Kangaroo- about the shape-shifting child superhero, Tom Terrific. Tom Terrific came on with the resounding sound of Bahp-Bunk ( or Punk) bucketa- bucketa-bucketa- Bing! Tom Terrific! He wore a funnel on his head. The dog was ( Mighty Manfred the Wonder Dog)_as mentioned a side-kick of Tom Terrific. I hasten to add that Captain K was NOT a Cartoon character but a live actor. He did run cartoons * as did most live hosts of his type- such as Sandy Becker, Fred Scott and later, Soupy Sales. In later years , when on talk shows Mr. Keeshan tried to minimize the role of cartoons on his program, which is not true. While it is true that Captain Kangaroo was not a cartoon character, he did have an old English Sheepdog named BeBe.
Male child who wears a funnel on his head that shoots out steam or smoke and his transition thing- akin to Superman"s Up ,Up, and Away! was Bahp-Punk ( or Bunk) Bucketa bucketa Bucketa -Bing- I"m Tom Terrific, when he intoned this smoke or steam would issue from the funnel ( on his head, not a smokestack!) It was one of the silliest cartoons of all time, as was his superpower of imitating inanimate objects.
Research the child support laws for both states and find which state offers WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST FOR THE CHILD. but remember if you go to the other state to sue for child support everytime you have to appear in court you will have to travel to that state.

One myth is that a kangaroo married a rat and had a child but it was so ugly that she threw it out to the streets of Mexico. Another myth is that the kangaroo rat lives in Australia and has a pouch.
Yes - "Owned a pet kangaroo that was found by his mother as a child." <http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005132/bio>
it could be possible but improbable, ask ted nugent
The child is in the captain's room. You must travel throughout the boat until you find it. The little child will be speaking to the captain. Once you find the child, you can leave the ship.
The character... No of course not. There are no openly gay characters on children's TV shows today so there certainlywouldn't have been any when Captain Kangaroo was on the air.-If there are gay characters on children's TV today, I feel safe in saying they can be counted on one hand-If you mean the actor who played Mr. Green Jeans, there is no indication he was gay. If he was that information has been lost to history.
Yes i know he definatly had a baby kangaroo when he lived in Perth as a child.
