Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala Naberrie fall in love and secretly marry in Episode 2: Attack of the Clones. Then in Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith, Padme announces she is pregnant to Anakin. Later that night he is plagued by nightmares of her dying in child birth. So, then Anakin starts seeking power to save her and because of that he turns to the dark side because he thinks its the only way to save Padme. Anakin after he crazed with power of the dark side, he force chokes Padme (because he thought she betrayed him) leaving her unconscious. Then Obi-Wan and Anakin end in a lightsaber battle and Anakin ends up getting burned. Obi-wan takes Padme to a medical center, Polis Massa, where she gives birth to twins: Luke Skywalker and Leia Skywalker. Leia is adopted by Viceroy Bail and Queen Breha Organa of Alderaan and becomes Princess Leia Organa. Luke gets sent to Tatooine to live with his Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru Lars. But Padme doesn't have the will to live without Anakin, so Padme dies of a broken heart. Spiritually Anakin is dead and Darth Vader is now alive...
